Fate
If it’s meant to be, then it’s meant to be.
Recently, I have pondered a lot from a simple word: fate. It is the condition where you don’t need to force to carry out or pull every string to make relationship works. Because when it’s not meant to be, even though you cry your ass off or desperately do everything you could by pressing top and below right and left, it will never happen. However, when it is meant to be, you just need simple breath and a light blink of eye, everything will happen as it should be.
Fate has their period of time, and characteristic.
There’s long period fate which allows you to have long relationship with people. Sometimes you take for granted of it, but it will hurt you the most when it stops to exist.
Short period one just let you to be in short moment of certain people. They come in one moment of time then get lost in the second moment. It is privilege because there's purpose behind this fate, either to let you learn something or to revive you to certain things.
Then, you may already meet with someone before but nothing significant happened, however another day you meet again then something happens from that time. You may wonder why it doesn’t happen in the first meeting in first place. Well, postponed fate occurs in sudden, no one predicts, and could guess when it happens. I always believe that postponed fate masters in timing. You will not ready when it comes earlier, and you get nothing if it is late.
You get hopes; you taste sweet however in the end it must end. In a nutshell, destined to meet but not fated to be together, that is the annoying playing fate.
When I insist about fate, other side certainly will argue about the power of action. "If there’s fate but no action, how come something will happen?" I agree. However, as shit happens, so do things. An apple suddenly fell from the tree and contributed to Isaac Newton’s thoughts of gravity. Did someone throw or pick that apple?
Please note that I don’t write this to support people to just sleeping in room and doing nothing. As this world is complex, we can guess nothing. I just want to say that you can do everything, but the result has to be back to the fate. Do not complain, blame wrong to others or self, long-winded wondering or questioning or playing-if, and (as for myself) get distress because of unpredictable falling apart situation happened. Because once again it's all outside your power. Just laugh away, and note that everything happens for a reason for your own good, either later or now you will realize and understand. You may think that I write this non-sense as an excuse of failure. But the truth is people are down when things happen not as it suppose to even they already work hard for that. So it is important to know the reason behind.
At this moment, I can’t think another better solution than just depend on the only One who maintain and manage this twist.
